Founder & Owner
Elton Hollis didn't build Hol-Tech from a boardroom. He built it from the field — after years working inside the refineries, plants, and operations that define the Gulf Coast. He started this company because contractors deserved better than cookie-cutter safety compliance. Now he makes sure they get it.
Training Specialist
Tyler Hollis has spent his career in the kind of environments where shortcuts get people killed. That experience is exactly what he brings into every training he delivers. Certified, battle-tested, and built for the Gulf Coast — he doesn't just check the compliance box. He makes sure your people are actually ready.
